Subject: "is this an example of periodicity?"
Educational film from Encyclopedia Britannica about Time. What is it? Well... watch and find out.

Better than average rating for the funky graphics effects and the amusing "future" of 1997 where a spaceship blasts off from an orbital space station to show the effects of time dilation!
